What is your MOQ for varsity jackets and team apparel?
Our MOQ starts from 100 pieces per style/color, subject to fabric, decoration and craft complexity. This low-MOQ model lets brands and teams test products, reduce inventory risk, launch capsule collections and improve cash flow — ideal for startups, decorators, independent designers and new team apparel labels.
What deposit do you require on a first order?
For a first order, we require 100% prepayment. As our cooperation grows, deposit terms ease: 70% on the second order, 50% on the third, and as low as 30% for stable long-term partners after one year and three or more orders. The balance is always settled before shipment.
What payment methods does SELMOND accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), USDT (crypto) for international clients, and a dedicated VTB Bank channel for clients in Russia. Payment flexibility is part of our B2B partnership model, designed to support brands and teams worldwide.
Do you accept payment from Russia?
Yes. We have a dedicated VTB Bank channel available specifically for clients in Russia, ensuring smooth transactions despite international banking restrictions. This channel has supported reliable payments for our Russian partners for years.
How long does sampling take, and is it chargeable?
Sampling typically takes 7–14 days depending on decoration complexity (embroidery, chenille, tackle twill, sublimation). Sample charges apply and cover fabric, trims, decoration and labor. Sample fees are refundable or credited against your bulk order once production is confirmed.
When is the balance payment due?
The balance payment is always due before shipment. Depending on your cooperation stage, the balance ranges from 0% (if 100% prepaid) to 70% for established partners. We provide final QC photos and packing lists before requesting balance settlement.
How do re-orders work at SELMOND?
Re-orders are fast and consistent. We keep your patterns, artwork files, embroidery digitizing, chenille layouts and trims records on file. Once you confirm quantities and any updates, we move directly to fabric sourcing and production — no re-sampling needed unless you request design changes.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements to protect your designs, artwork, branding and business information. Many of our private-label and ODM clients require NDAs, and we honor every commitment professionally and legally.
