What payment methods does SELMOND accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), USDT cryptocurrency and a dedicated VTB Bank channel for clients in Russia. Deposit terms ease as cooperation grows: 100% on first order, stepping down to as low as 30% for stable long-term partners, with balance always settled before shipment.

How long does sampling take after artwork approval?

After you approve artwork, fabric and construction details, sampling typically takes 7–14 days depending on decoration complexity—embroidery, chenille letters, tackle-twill numbers or full-dye sublimation. We provide decoration strike-offs and sample garments for approval before any bulk production begins.

Do you speak English, and what are your working hours?

Yes, our sales and merchandising team—including Tesla—speaks professional English. We’re based in Dongguan, China (UTC+8), with working hours Monday–Saturday, 9:00–18:00 China time. We respond to emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and accommodate time-zone differences for calls with US, European and Australian clients.

How does SELMOND protect my artwork and designs?

We treat all logos, artwork, tech packs and designs as confidential intellectual property. SELMOND never shares, reuses or reproduces client designs for other customers. We can sign an NDA upon request, and all artwork files, patterns and decoration programs are securely stored for your re-orders only.

Can I visit your factory in Dongguan?

Absolutely. We welcome clients to visit our 4th Floor facility in Luwu West Industrial Zone, Humen town, Dongguan. You’ll see our cut-and-sew lines, embroidery and chenille stations, tackle-twill and sublimation workshops, and quality-control processes.
