What are SELMOND’s minimum order quantity (MOQ) and payment terms?

Our MOQ starts from 100 pieces per style/color for custom varsity jackets, baseball jerseys, caps, beanies and team uniforms. Payment methods include T/T bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, USDT, and VTB Bank for Russia. First orders require 100% prepayment; second orders 70% deposit; third orders 50%; and after one year of stable cooperation, deposit adjusts to 30%. Balance is always settled before shipment.

Do these Terms & Conditions cover intellectual property rights for my artwork and logos?

Yes. Artwork, logos, designs, and tech packs you provide for custom varsity jackets, jerseys, caps or team apparel remain your intellectual property. SELMOND uses them solely for manufacturing your order. We do not share, reproduce, or sell your designs to third parties. Digitized embroidery files, chenille artwork and production records are kept confidential for re-orders only.

What happens if my shipment is delayed under these Terms & Conditions?

Lead times are confirmed at order placement. Delays caused by force majeure, fabric shortages, or carrier issues are communicated immediately. We work to minimize impact and adjust timelines transparently. SELMOND is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, but we prioritize proactive communication and solutions.

Can I use photos, images, or content from the SELMOND website under these Terms & Conditions?

All website content—photos, graphics, text, and designs—is owned by Dongguan Selmond Clothing Co., Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose this content without prior written permission. For marketing collaboration or sample imagery requests, contact tesla@tuozhenclothing.com.

Which jurisdiction governs disputes under SELMOND’s Terms & Conditions?

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from orders, payments, or services will be resolved under Chinese law. For international clients, we encourage good-faith negotiation and transparent communication before formal dispute proceedings.

How do I report content on SELMOND’s site that I believe infringes my intellectual property?

If you believe content on selmond.com infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, email tesla@tuozhenclothing.com with your contact details, description of the infringement, and proof of ownership. We review all claims promptly and take appropriate action under applicable law.

Are design services and sampling covered under these Terms & Conditions?

Yes. Design, artwork digitizing, tech-pack development, and sampling services are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Sample costs and timelines are quoted separately. Once approved, samples serve as the production standard. Artwork files and patterns are retained for re-orders per our confidentiality and service policies.

What are the cancellation and refund policies in SELMOND’s Terms & Conditions?

Orders may be canceled before production begins; deposits for design, sampling, or fabric procurement are non-refundable. Once bulk production starts, cancellation is not permitted. Refunds or remakes are considered only if finished goods fail to meet approved sample standards, subject to inspection and mutual agreement.
